Will Sweet P Boutique confirm my online order?
Yes. If you provide your email address when placing an order, we will send
you a confirmation notice within 72
hours.
How can I check the status of an online order?
When your item has been shipped we will e-mail a tracking number. You can
use this to track your order online.
Can I send items as gifts?
Everyone loves to open presents, especially when the wrapping itself is a
treat. For just $2.95 each, your
gifts can be wrapped in our child or
holiday wrapping and tied with a ribbon. Packages are finished with gift
card with your personal message.
Gift
wrapping is not available on large items. If in doubt, please contact us.
Do you offer gift
certificates?
Gift certificates are
available in any denomination. The certificate will be packaged, wrapped,
and sent to either the recipient or the sender, whichever you request.
Can I place an order by Telephone?
You can always place an order by
telephone between the hours of 10:00 am-6:00 pm EST by calling
301.791.2327. If the line is busy, please try again. If we cannot answer,
please leave a message and we will
return the call as soon as possible but at the latest, within 24 hours.
How can I make changes or cancel my order?
Cancellations and changes must be made no
later than 24 hours from the time you have placed your order. This can be
done via email or phone. When an email is received, you will receive a
confirmation of the change from our Customer Service Department. Or you may
call our Customer Service Department at 301.791.2327.
Return Policy
Yes, items may be returned or exchanged within 14 days of the receipt of the
order at your own cost. We must RECEIVE the item within the 14 days of when you received your
order. The items must be returned in brand new condition with all tags still
attached. Items that have been worn, washed, or soiled are not eligible for
returns and will be sent back to the buyer. We cannot be responsible for any
damage that occurs to items after they have been worn or washed.
UNDERWEAR AND BATHING SUITS ARE NOT RETURNABLE FOR HEALTH REASONS. Prior to
returning an item, you must first contact us via email (pj@sweetpboutique.com)
to obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization). No returns will be
accepted without this number. COST OF SHIPPING WILL NOT BE CREDITED AT
ANY TIME. Original
shipping is never refunded. If your item was shipped for free we will need
to take the shipping charges out of your refund.
FULL PRICE items: You will receive either a refund to
your credit card if you so desire or you can request an exchange item.
SALE PRICED items may be exchanged or you
will receive store
credit for a future purchase.
DISCOUNTED ITEMS of more than 50% are considered
FINAL SALES and cannot be returned.
GIFT ITEMS may be returned. You may either exchange
for a different item or receive a store credit. We can only give refunds to
the original credit card holder (the original purchaser).
FREE SHIPPING IS ALWAYS AVAILABLE ON ORDERS
OF $100 OR MORE. This option will automatically appear in your
Shopping Cart at check out. This option is available only if merchandise
equals $100 or more in your shopping cart and the items are being shipped to
a single address. This is for parcel post ground only and the $100 excludes
taxes and shipping. This offer applies to U.S. delivery addresses in the 48
states only - NOT including Alaska and Hawaii. We reserve the right to
change or discontinue FREE shipping at any time.
SHIPPING AND HANDLING FEES ARE
NON-REFUNDABLE. RETURN SHIPPING IS AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE. This will enable us to keep our shipping costs as low as
possible.
Fees charged to the
merchant by the credit card company are non-refundable.
